Since getting my license in 2015, I have been involved in multiple types of transactions (listing, selling, short sales, foreclosure auctions, residential, commercial, and vacant land) with everyone from first-time homeowners to investors and business owners. I served 8 years as Kootenai County Commissioner 2007-2015. During my time there, I heard and resolved more than 5,000 property value disputes, negotiated several county leases, negotiated and purchased several properties for county expansion projects and approved many county subdivisions.
